RECIPE PREPARATION Check with salted cheese:
Whole eggs are mixed with a pinch of salt until they become a dense foam and light in color. The cheeses are put on the grater with large meshes. The flour is mixed with baking powder and yeast. Add cold milk over the flour and mix vigorously with a pear-type wire so that no lumps form. Add sour cream and oil and mix. After the eggs are beaten, add a quarter of the amount to the flour mixture. Mix with the aim to thin the composition and incorporate it with the others. Thus, we add the resulting composition to the rest of the eggs together with the grated cheeses. Mix lightly with the aim to get as little air out of the eggs as possible. We put the composition in a cake tray (I used hyena) lined with oil and flour. Put the tray in the hot oven at 170-180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Let it cool completely, portion and serve according to your preferences with salads, sauces, milk, yogurt ... Good luck !!
