This time I made a little special tart for myself and I liked it. Here's how !!

  • cream composition:
  • 500g sweet cheese
  • 3 tablespoons semolina
  • 300 ml. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • Countertop:
  • 4 eggs 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons flour

Servings: 12

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


Boil the semolina first with the milk and let it cool. When it is cold, mix it with the rest of the ingredients and turn it into a round shape lined with baking paper and put it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees until the final baking is 45 minutes or even an hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the pandispan dough as follows: beat the egg whites, add the sugar, and finally the flour. Then roll over the cheese and bake again until well browned, 30 minutes. Remove and leave for 10 minutes, then turn over on a plate, place it face down on the edge of the form and with a firm movement turn it over on the plate, it can be consumed hot or cold.
