A dessert adored by everyone.

  • 500 gr of flour
  • 250 ml of warm milk
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 50 g of melted butter
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes


For starters we make mayonnaise (milk, sugar, yeast). Add the rest of the ingredients over the mayonnaise. Knead the dough well, the dough should be more sticky. We let it rise until it doubles in volume.

When the dough has risen, we break by hand suitable pieces that we shape in the form of balls and place them on the table greased with oil. Let them rise for another 10 minutes without covering them. Fry in oil over a suitable heat on one side and on the other. I powdered them with powdered sugar.

Serve with jam or chocolate cream.
