How to prepare the dough:

Put flour in a bowl. Heat a little water / milk, add the yeast and sugar. Stir until the yeast dissolves then pour the liquid in the middle of the flour. I use a spoon to mix the composition with until I notice that it starts to stick to it and starts to be difficult to mix. I wipe the spoon with a little clean flour from the bowl and start kneading by hand until I get a non-sticky, slightly elastic crust.

We match the salt. Add the sesame seeds and knead well until the sesame seeds are "spread" all over the crust. Grease a bowl with oil and place the crust, cover it with a towel and put it in the microwave (without turning it on !!) to protect the dough from temperature differences (eg: open the window, door, etc.). Let the dough rise for 30-45 minutes.

How to prepare the filling:

If we don't have ready-made tomato sauce or homemade ketch-up, we proceed as follows: We put in a kettle 4 tablespoons of broth, 4 tablespoons of water, a little salt, pepper, a little thyme, 2 cloves of crushed garlic and let it in the boil then turn off the heat.

Grate the cheese on a grater with small holes; Cut the tomato into thin slices. Drain the corn grains from the juice. Cut the bacon slices into square pieces or as desired. Slice the olives into rounds.

How to assemble pizza to put it in the oven:

We take a round tray (mine has a diameter of 28 cm), grease it with a little olive oil and put the crust in the middle, then with our hands greased with a little oil we spread the crust on the entire surface of the tray. Cover with a clean towel and leave warm for another 15-20 minutes.

Put the tomato sauce on the whole surface of the pizza, add the spices, then put the grated cheese.

We place the pieces of bacon, the slices of tomatoes, the corn kernels, the olives as we like. Put the tray in the oven heated to 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. From the mentioned quantities we obtain a pizza with a diameter of 28 cm.

Sesame countertop pizza - Recipes

Posted by Postolache Violeta on January 24, 2013 in pizza recipes italian recipes | Comments: 57

Pizza dough everyone knows how to make, but few people manage to make a pizza counter as per the book, neither very thin nor thick, slightly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, as you most often find in pizzerias. The recipe for the pizza dough is simple, the secret is that the dough does not spread with the rolling pin, and that the pizza top must be pricked with a fork so that it does not swell when baked. And the olive oil in the composition is another ace up your sleeve.
You can use this countertop to make more delicious pizzas, such as: margherita pizza, capriciosa pizza, tuna pizza, hawai pizza, strawberry and arugula pizza, prosciutto pizza, arugula and parmesan, eggplant pizza, pizza quatro formaggi si even pizza de postMore pizza recipes can be found here.

Ingredients (for 4 large pizzas with a diameter of 32)

1 kg of flour
500 ml of water
14 gr dry yeast
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Homemade pizza with fluffy countertop

Pizza is a practical recipe for a quick and delicious snack. The top is very easy to make and we choose the toppings each according to our preferences. I chose to make a loaded pizza, with everything, a kind of more Romanian pizza.

I kneaded a dough for 3 pizza trays.

Ingredients for the recipe for homemade pizza with a fluffy top

  • countertop
  • -500 g flour
  • -7 g dry yeast
  • -2 tablespoons olive oil
  • -1 teaspoon salt
  • -1 teaspoon old
  • -300 ml of warm water
  • Toppings
  • -6 tablespoons kentcup homemade
  • -150 g salami
  • -150 pressed ham
  • -150g mushrooms
  • -1 bell peppers
  • -100 g olives
  • -250 g shallow mozzarella

Preparation for homemade pizza with fluffy top

Pizza dough

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in 100 ml of warm water and sprinkle a tablespoon of flour on top. Cover the bowl (glass) with plastic wrap and leave to rise for about 15 minutes.
In a bowl put flour, mix it with salt and make a crater in the middle where we will put the mayonnaise in the glass, the two tablespoons of oil and the rest of the water. Knead well until we get a fine dough that we leave to rise in the covered bowl for half an hour.
When the dough has risen, divide it into 3 equal parts. From this dough come 3 pizza trays with a size of about 30 cm.

We will spread each one in the shape of a circle (tray size) on the floured table and we will put it in the tray lined with baking paper.

Homemade pizza with fluffy countertop

We will do the same with the other pieces of dough. After we put them all in the trays, we grease each one with 2 tablespoons of ketchup. I prefer to put the ketchup at the beginning so that the other ingredients have adhesion.

So on top we will put in turn the salami, ham, olives, mushrooms and peppers that we cut into thin slices and then into smaller pieces.

The way they were cut can be seen in one of the attached images.

Put the pizza trays in the preheated oven at maximum heat and let them bake in half, then take them out of the oven and sprinkle the mozzarella on top.

Put them back in the oven for a few minutes until the mozzarella starts to melt.

You can serve this pizza with other toppings, with mayonnaise, with more ketchup, as you wish.

Sesame countertop pizza - Recipes

I am neither a pizza chef nor a cook, but I like to make vegetables and legumes. I don't get into cooking fish and meat. I haven't eaten meat for 28 years, and I gave up fish for about a year. Occasionally I eat fresh trout. But I also made pizza according to my own recipe and as I like.

But let's go back. The topic of the article is not about how to make pizza, but about how to keep it accounting.

The pizza counter can be considered a finite product or a half-finished. It's up to us how we want to record it. No one can force us to do otherwise, or to reproach us that our countertop is a finished product and not a semi-finished product, or a semi-finished product and not a finished product. We have complete freedom to record it as we wish. If we only sell the dough for the pizza top, we can transfer the entire production from the management finished product in management commodities and we will sell the dough as a commodity. Only the recordings we make differ.

Here's what the records look like:

4111 = 7015 & # 8211 & gt we bill the countertop as a finished product
4111 = 702 & # 8211 & gt we bill the countertop as semi-finished
4111 = 707 & # 8211 & gt we bill the countertop as merchandise.

SAGA C can help us a lot in optimization accounting records.
First, in the window "Articles" we define the articles of finished product which we make and in the same window we can add the recipe calculated for a piece of our product.
Then we go to the window "Production"and we record the production or order. If for the finished product respectively we have defined the recipe, the consumptions will be calculated automatically and deducted from the management at the end of the month.

In practice, the dough is made for several countertops. After preparing the dough we will weigh a piece and then divide the ingredients consumed to find out the consumption per piece.

Here's how we work in SAGA C. Quantities and prices are by way of example only. Working procedure in SAGA C is valid for any finished product we make.

1. We're going in "Files / Articles" to open the window "Articles”.

pressed "Add" and we add our finished product, save and press the button "Recipe" and the window opens "Production recipe".

Production recipe window

Here we introduce the ingredients used. In the upper right part, where the red arrow shows, we indicate for how much finished products we introduced the ingredients.
I recommend that you do as many exercises as possible without fear of making mistakes. Any mistake can be corrected. The exercises help you see how the application reacts.

After entering the recipe we close the two open windows.

2. We're going in "Operations / Production" to open the window "Production".

Here we press "Add" at the top of the window and add the production made. At the time we operate the records in SAGA C the production is already done.
The recipe is taken over automatically, and the calculation of consumption for the production is done automatically.

We choose the management "finished product", then we choose the finished product, we introduce the amount made and the default price. In the end we save. At the bottom of the window, consumption is calculated automatically. If necessary, we can intervene on consumption to adjust it.

Before closing the window "We validate".

3. Generating documents

At the bottom of the window "Production" we have a series of buttons with which we can generate and list several documents, such as: production delivery note, production delivery note + consumption and consumption. Press each button and see what data is displayed. The documents you need will be listed and archived. I list production delivery voucher + related consumption.

pressed "BP + consumption & # 8230" then "I accept" and the requested document is generated.

Consumption voucher plus consumption

On the receipt we have the realized production and the registered consumptions.

So far we have shown how articles are defined by finished product, how to add the recipe and how to record the production.

Next we can analyze various situations. That's why I'm leaving you alone to check. Don't be afraid! You have nothing wrong! Exercise as much as possible.
So go in "Situations-Listings / Consumption situation". You will notice that in the situation for January 2020, our consumption also appears.
Then check production situation in January. Analyze the data for January 2020 and what documents you can list.

You can still analyze "Article sheets" and "Stock situation".

But to see the results you will need to repeat the exercise presented in this article.

For exercises, define a test company, activate the menu, then practice all the examples given in the articles. You can change the date, but keep this in mind so that you can remember the difference from the date in the examples given in the articles.

I hope this article is useful to all of you finished product or semi-products and use production recipes.

If you have other unforeseen consumption in the recipe, you can count them by issuing separate consumption vouchers.

How to prepare pizza dough & # 8211 Gennaro Contaldo's recipe

I measured 325 ml of warm water and transferred them to a bowl. I put dry (or fresh) yeast in it and mixed it well with a teaspoon. In a large bowl I put the 500 g of flour and a teaspoon of salt and mixed them well. I poured the yeast water over them and mixed until I got a dough.

How to knead pizza dough?

I sprinkled the worktop with a little flour (max a tablespoon) and turned the dough over. I cleaned my dough well and started kneading. I gave it a flat band shape (placed vertically) and fixed its end (from me) with my left palm. With my right hand I started to pull the free end and fold it. See exactly in the video at min. 1:30. I turned the dough over and repeated the operation 4 times. That's enough! This procedure is called & # 8222strech and fold & # 8221 (stretch and fold) and is used in bakery & # 8211 especially for bread!

Boil 750 ml. of water with 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add the cleaned zucchini and cut into slices (thicker) and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Then take the pumpkins out of the water and rinse them under running cold water.
When the water boils, sprinkle the malai "in the rain", reduce the flame and boil for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time, until the composition thickens. (It is boiled when it comes off the bowl)
Then add the margarine. Pour the polenta into a roasting pan of the right size. Form an even layer with the back of a spoon moistened with water, let it cool and then spread evenly a layer of tomato sauce with vegetables.

Preheat the oven to 6/200 degrees C.
Place the boiled corn, zucchini, mushrooms in a little olive oil (to leave water) with salt and pepper, quartered tomatoes, spinach leaves, then sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme or Italian greens for pizza.

If it is a fish release day, you can also add canned fish fillets. For extra flavor you can add tofu.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Let the fasting pizza with polenta top cool a little after which it can be served.
